How big is a card?
A standard bank card is about 3.4 x 2.1 inches (8.6 x 5.4 cm), so no wallet that holds cards can close smaller than that. Our smallest wallets are only a little larger than a card.
Which size fits which pocket?
- Front pocket: the smaller wallets, up to about 4 inches long, are easy to carry in a front pocket. Examples: One-Shot, Pocket Mini, Trident, Cashew, Bucks Bunny, Snip-Snap.
- Front or back pocket: the 4 to 4.7 inch wallets, such as Barito, Lifafa 2.0, Nomad, Spartan and the steel money clip wallet.
- Back pocket: the largest bifolds, Maverick and The Cardinal.
If you are not sure, measure the inside of your pocket and compare it with the chart.
What about folded notes?
An Indian ₹500 note is 15 cm x 6.6 cm, and a ₹100 note is 14.2 cm x 6.6 cm. Folded once, they are about 7.5 x 6.6 cm and 7.1 x 6.6 cm. The wallets above that list 'folded bills' are made for notes folded this way; the Maverick and The Cardinal have an outside bill slot for notes. Check each product page for details.
